Auditors began checking the costs of the Ministry of Defense

According to the chamber, the audit is carried out in order to identify "the effectiveness of the use of budget funds, as well as issues of material and technical support of military units".

Earlier, head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to conduct an audit of the state of affairs in the Ministry of Defense of the country on Saturday, September 26.
